Το Leica QP είναι μια ψηφιακή φωτογραφική μηχανή πλήρους καρέ στα 24MP που βασίζεται στα χαρακτηριστικά της Leica Q. Διαθέσιμη σε μαύρο ματ, η νέα Leica QP δεν έχει μπροστά το λογότυπο της Leica, αλλά έχει το κλασικό χάραγμα στην επάνω πλάκα.
Τεχνικά είναι πανομοιότυπη με το πρωτότυπο “Q”, εκτός από τον αισθητήρα CMOS 24MP και έναν σταθερό, 28mm f/1,7 φακό Summilux ASPH. Η νέα Leica Q-P έρχεται με flat μαύρη βαφή που την καθιστά λιγότερο προφανή όταν φωτογραφίζετε στο δρόμο.
Το κουμπί απελευθέρωσης κλείστρου και ο διακόπτης τροφοδοσίας / επιλογής λειτουργίας έχουν επανασχεδιαστεί ώστε να είναι παρόμοιοι με εκείνους που βρίσκονται στις Leica M10 και CL. Η Leica Q-P θα κοστίζει $4.995.
